Lamentations3:22-23 – 22) The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. 23) Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. 

Take in the words:

His love never ends!

His mercies never cease!

Never!

His love, mercy, hope, countless, and priceless things are renewed every single day. He renews them regardless of how many times I’ve messed up. Even in a season, I felt mad at God because I would ask, why I was having to go through so many trials, so much pain and so much hurt. There were times, I even felt, I wasn’t completely healed and ok from the last struggle when another thing came up. It really did feel like way too much and I wasn’t even sure I could get up again.

BUT GOD…

At the time, I was mad and maybe I didn’t see that he never left me. I can see now that he was there every time to help me back up. He’s been restoring me break down after break down, piece by piece, over and over, day by day as I did the best I could to give it all to him to bear.  

Matthew 11:28 – Then Jesus said, “Come to me all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.

Go to Him! Take his love, mercy, and everything He has to offer. He is your restorer! He restores every broken part of you He did not break to be more like him. He has restored a joy in me that, I never thought I’d have again and all I had to do was stop blaming him and trust him through the lowest of valleys I felt I was walking through and have faith in the darkest moments that his word and promises are true.

I’m encouraged today, just as much as I was the day I was asked to share a verse at my church. I have joy sharing this with you because I know that even though I didn’t realize until I was standing in front of everyone that this was his gentle reminder of how HE continuously restored me even when I thought it wasn’t possible.

I want you to know, HE IS YOUR RESTORER! He ordered your steps to read this entry.

So, if you left him, look up!

Come back, he’s with you, ready to make you new!
